About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide long-term senior care. This role offers opportunities for career growth and the chance to make a significant impact on residents' lives.
Responsibilities
- Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding assigned residents.
- Consult with physicians on resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning nursing services.
- Help team members grow their careers.
- Examine residents, records, and charts to identify potential physical, emotional, or mental problems.
- Perform administrative duties, including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.
Requirements
- Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
