About the Role
As a Garde-Manger/Expo, you will prepare beverages, plate appetizers, and pack takeout orders, ensuring adherence to recipes and SOPs. This role emphasizes precision, consistency, and teamwork, requiring you to maintain clean, organized, and stocked stations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all beverages at the Boba station.
- Plate appetizer items at the side station.
- Pack takeout orders at the Packing Station.
- Keep all three stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Take inventory and restock as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to provide documentation to work in the United States legally.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
