About the Role
Ornn is building the financial infrastructure for AI compute, structuring and trading compute hedging instruments. We are developing a platform to bring exchange-grade mechanics to compute capacity reservation and allocation. This role owns the deployment track end-to-end, managing the process from purchase order to operational nodes, ensuring timely delivery and mitigating delays.
Responsibilities
- Own the schedule for every build-to-order deployment, from purchase order to nodes in service.
- Run a standing cadence with suppliers, including demand forecasting, parts readiness checks, and shipment tracking.
- Track component delivery dates and facility readiness (power, cooling, site works).
- Escalate potential delays early, highlighting penalty exposure.
- Coordinate with fleet operations for smooth handoffs and accurate in-service date reporting for invoicing.
- Develop and implement processes and tooling for deployment tracking.
Requirements
- 2+ years in technical program management, project management, deployment, or supply chain within hardware, data centers, or infrastructure.
- Experience holding external vendors accountable to schedules and escalating issues proactively.
- Comfortable with technical details to understand the impact of component issues on delivery timelines.
- Ability to provide concise written status updates.
