About the Role

The Oracle Solution Architect Team partners with clients, account teams, and delivery organizations to shape Oracle transformation programs, leading solution strategy, architecture, estimation, and pursuits. This role combines Oracle product knowledge with consulting, communication, and leadership skills to translate requirements into Oracle solutions and lead architecture discussions, design sessions, and strategic pursuits.

Responsibilities

Help organizations transform enterprises through Oracle solutions spanning ERP, EPM, Procurement, Project Management, AI, and industry solutions.
Define business strategies, design Oracle-enabled transformations, and architect scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Build Oracle solutions that transform clients' business operations.
Design and test Oracle solutions, ensuring processes, integrations, data, reporting, and security work together.
Work with project teams and clients to create solutions and transformation roadmaps.
Lead discovery sessions, architecture discussions, solution design workshops, and executive presentations.
Develop trusted client relationships.
Support sales pursuits, including solution development, estimation, proposals, demonstrations, and solution reviews.
Build Oracle technical, functional, industry, and business expertise.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of Oracle Cloud implementation and delivery experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting or leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, leading solution architecture, business process design, and client workshops.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more Oracle areas, including ERP, EPM, Procurement, Project Management, AI, and industry solutions.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in AI Oracle Agentic AI & industry trends.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Experience working directly with clients.
Ability to present solution recommendations and transformation strategies to executive stakeholders.
Ability to facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and design discussions.
Experience collaborating across sales, consulting, delivery, industry, and technology teams.
