About the Role
FreeWheel, a Comcast Company, is seeking an analytical and collaborative Senior Analyst, Revenue Planning and Insights to transform how the commercial organization measures performance, generates insights, and supports decision-making. This high-visibility individual contributor role combines strong analytical skills, business judgment, technical curiosity, and an internal-consulting mindset.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve critical dashboards, reports, and workflows to measure business performance and create a shared understanding of results.
- Develop scalable and proactive approaches to deliver timely, decision-ready insights for recurring business reviews.
- Evaluate and implement automation, AI, and agentic technologies to identify trends, surface risks and opportunities, and clarify business drivers.
- Improve the accessibility, consistency, timeliness, and scalability of recurring performance reporting.
- Establish clear definitions, documentation, and quality controls for performance measures and analytical outputs.
- Lead focused analytical projects to measure and optimize performance within critical business areas.
- Design KPI frameworks that explain business drivers and connect performance results to decisions.
- Build cross-functional alignment on KPI definitions, owners, targets, and operating rhythms.
- Incubate and operationalize KPI frameworks with transition to ongoing owners.
- Partner with Business Intelligence and sales leaders to identify and prioritize reporting, analytics, and decision-support needs.
- Balance roadmap priorities based on business impact, urgency, effort, and readiness.
- Translate commercial questions into clear data, reporting, dashboard, and analytical requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to validate delivered capabilities meet business requirements and drive adoption.
Requirements
- 5-7 Years of Relevant Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (or combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience)
