About the Role
Own the online customer journey, operating with a strategy and budget set by leadership. Build the infrastructure, team, and systems to scale the channel profitably, working directly with the Founder/CEO and collaborating with the Creative team.
Responsibilities
- Own the DTC channel (Shopify and Amazon), achieving revenue and contribution profit goals
- Lead website overhaul and day-to-day management, including digital merchandising, PDP's, and checkout experience
- Own paid acquisition and creative testing through static design, creator partnerships, and owned content variations
- Develop a regular process for testing new concepts, messages, formats, and offers
- Coordinate with Operations on demand forecasts, inventory availability, and the timing of launches and promotions
- Build email and loyalty programs to drive repeat purchases and customer LTV
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct, relevant experience leading a growth/ecommerce function at another consumer brand
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta ads and platform management
- Strong Shopify experience and a track record of improving website performance and customer experience
- Discernment to balance near-term performance with long-term brand/creative goals
