About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our great team and commit to growing their talents under the guidance of an amazing DON, talented, supportive ADON's, and great clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned.
- Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services for residents.
- Helping team members grow their careers.
- Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
- Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.
Requirements
- Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
