About the Role

We are seeking a PowerBI Technical Lead with strong hands-on Power BI expertise, Snowflake knowledge, data modeling, and modern data-integration patterns to join our team.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of scalable Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting solutions.
Drive performance optimization across reports, DAX calculations, data models, and refresh processes.
Design efficient data models integrating Power BI with Snowflake and other enterprise data sources.
Troubleshoot reporting, performance, refresh, and upstream data-quality issues.
Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code/design reviews, and development standards for the Power BI team.
Partner with Finance, data engineering, and platform teams to translate business requirements into robust reporting solutions.
Support production releases, incident/root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of the reporting platform.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, and performance tuning.
Good knowledge of Snowflake, including SQL, data structures, views, and query/performance concepts.
Strong SQL and dimensional/data-modeling skills.
Experience with enterprise-scale BI solutions, data quality, reconciliation, and production support.
Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and technical leadership capabilities.
Experience in Finance or Financial Services reporting is highly desirable.
