Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all relevant stakeholders — customer-side decision-makers, internal delivery units, and external partners
  • Lead commercial accountability for your customer set: P&L management, contract governance, and supporting the sales team in generating new business
  • Guide hospitals in developing and delivering their innovation roadmap — from digital strategy to concrete results

  • Act as a key voice in contract negotiations and actively shape the growth of the healthcare portfolio

Requirements

  • Ability to align stakeholders, teams, and technology around a shared goal in business-critical engagements

  • Professional escalation and conflict management in critical project phases
  • Confident leadership of cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation, including management of external partners and internal delivery units
  • Ability to think strategically, understand the business, and bring others along
