About the Role
Luv Bridal is seeking an experienced and driven manager to lead their LA Flagship Showroom. This role requires high emotional intelligence, grit, and a commitment to excellence in customer experience and team performance. The ideal candidate will positively represent the Luv Bridal brand in a goal-driven, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional results and curate a 5-star bridal experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, including closing ratio and total revenue.
- Recruit, hire, and train high-performing stylists who reflect brand values.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance development.
- Oversee daily showroom operations, including scheduling, ordering, and inventory.
- Merchandise gowns and accessories; forecast and purchase new samples and back stock.
- Build strong rapport with clients and navigate emotionally charged situations with care and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of customer service experience.
- Minimum 6 years of high-level management experience.
- Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for bridal, fashion, and luxury customer service.
- Bridal experience preferred.
