  • Negotiate pricing, schedule, payment terms, bonds, insurance, warranties, change provisions, and other commercial contract terms.

  • Build procurement plans, manage bid schedules, coordinate bidder communications, and evaluate proposals.
  • Prepare award recommendations, pricing analyses, and risk assessments.
  • Qualify and manage subcontractors and suppliers, including performance tracking and corrective actions.
  • Support contract administration, change management, claims documentation, and dispute resolution.
  • Coordinate Owner-Supplied Equipment (OSE) and major equipment procurement, including modules, trackers, inverters, BESS, transformers, switchgear, relays, and SCADA systems.
  • Develop transportation, storage, receiving, preservation, and material-flow plans.
  • Coordinate domestic and international freight, heavy-haul transportation, warehousing, and site logistics.
  • Monitor market conditions, labor availability, equipment lead times, freight trends, tariffs, and supplier capacity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of procurement, subcontract management, supply-chain, contracts, or commercial experience supporting utility-scale renewables, power, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven success negotiating multimillion-dollar trade contracts and equipment agreements.
  • Experience validating scope, leveling bids, identifying gaps, and aligning estimate assumptions with contract requirements.
  • Strong understanding of contract flow-downs, risk allocation, change management, warranties, insurance, bonding, and commercial closeout.
  • Established relationships with renewable energy subcontractors, OEMs, suppliers, and logistics providers.
  • Experience coordinating long-lead equipment, OSE interfaces, transportation, delivery, storage, and installation readiness.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance cost, schedule, quality, safety, and execution risk.
  • Experience managing multiple procurements and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
