About the Role

Oliver Wyman's Data and Analytics division is expanding its project management team. This role is central to that growth, focusing on leading complex technology, data, quantitative, and AI-enabled transformations. We seek individuals who are content-fluent in project management, acting as orchestrators of delivery rather than administrators, and who create the conditions for excellent teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead complex technology, data, quantitative, and AI-enabled transformation programs, run a workstream, or provide PMO support.
Manage planning, governance, risk, dependencies, and financials, collaborating closely with client teams.
Simplify complexity into actionable insights for teams, Partners, and clients.
Create an environment for exceptional teams (consulting, engineering, data, client colleagues) to perform their best through coaching and frequent feedback.
Build trust across the delivery ecosystem (client sponsors, Partners, engagement leaders) to provide technical, commercial, and senior-level guidance.
Coach Oliver Wyman and client team members to develop their skills.
Contribute to the DNA project management community and discipline.

Requirements

Associate Team Leader: At least 3 years of experience leading a workstream or providing PMO support within technology, data, quantitative, or AI-enabled projects, managing scope, risk, and stakeholders.
Team Leader: At least 5 years of experience leading complex, multi-workstream technology, data, or quantitative-enabled programs, managing budgets, delivery risk, and multiple stakeholders.
Director: At least 8 years of experience acting as the senior delivery authority on large-scale, technically complex transformation programs, shaping delivery strategy.
