About the Role
We are looking for a COMMERCIAL, reliable, energetic, approachable, and punctual Sales Assistant with extensive knowledge of fashion and trends to engage and style customers. The role focuses on delivering the highest customer experience by assisting customers throughout the sales process and describing products. You will also support store management in fostering a creative environment and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and embrace the brand Selling Ceremony.
- Provide an exceptional in-store customer experience, using optometrist recommendations to build perfect product solutions.
- Achieve monthly targets and personal KPIs through high commercial efficiency.
- Build customer loyalty and understand customer relationship management.
- Maintain knowledge of the collection and the brand's iconic pieces.
- Operate the till system and process payments.
- Manage inventory.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the shop floor and stockroom are clean and tidy.
- Process deliveries and transfers.
- Support Store Management in implementing VM guidelines.
- Perform technical optical tasks, including ordering, verification, glasses collection, and adjustments.
- Utilize the latest generation equipment, including Smart Mirror 4 application and iPad for a digital customer journey.
