About the Role
Join our dynamic Operations Transformation team at PwC Consulting as a Manager, where you will leverage your expertise in the London Insurance Market and beyond to drive claims process enhancements and operational efficiencies. Operations Transformation consulting has been identified as a critical ‘Go To Market’ proposition for future growth in PwC Consulting. We are looking for candidates who have a strong consulting skillset, with experience in transforming operations within the Insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to optimise claims processes and improve service delivery.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and tangible outcomes.
- Collaborate with brokers and underwriters in the London Market to align transformation efforts.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of methodologies with a focus on claims.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational transformation within the insurance industry, particularly in claims.
- Familiarity with London Market systems and key stakeholders.
- Experience in handling claims across various classes of business.
- Strong ability to deliver operational improvements and manage client relationships.
- Desire to grow your management consulting career with a focus on insurance claims.
