About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for our engineering and Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) roles. You will collaborate directly with technical leadership, influence hiring practices, and play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy as the company expands. This position involves offer negotiations, offer strategy, hiring strategy, and interview process design, with opportunities to recruit for a wider range of roles as the engineering team evolves.
Responsibilities
- Own full cycle recruiting for junior to mid-level FDE and engineering roles, from intake through close
- Partner closely with technical leadership to drive impact across the technical recruiting org
- Run intake meetings with hiring managers and align on what each role needs
- Source, screen, and move candidates through the process
- Lead offer strategy and negotiations, and close candidates
- Help shape hiring strategy, including workforce planning, role scoping, and sourcing approaches
- Expand into new roles and teams as engineering grows
- Work with the recruiting team, People Operations, and the tech side of the business, and help define how the technical recruiting org operates as it scales
Requirements
- 2+ years of full cycle tech recruiting experience
- Experience hiring engineers
- Recent startup experience
- A clear interest in full cycle recruiting, not just sourcing
- Comfort working with senior stakeholders and technical leaders
- Autonomy, drive, and self-motivation, with an appetite for building structure where little exists
- Leadership hiring experience
