About the Role

Accenture's SAP practice is seeking individuals passionate about transforming businesses through SAP-based Finance Transformation projects. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading companies, drive innovation with cutting-edge SAP and Accenture Finance solutions, and make a positive impact on clients' businesses.

Responsibilities

Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through combined SAP application and functional process expertise.
Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions.
Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps.
Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom apps, & add-on partner solutions.
Clearly explain SAP’s Business AI strategy, including its capabilities and roadmap, and identify functional areas where AI can deliver value.
Demonstrate experience in deploying AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explain AI-driven improvements.
Advise, design, and deliver Finance solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices using SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
Lead large project teams of varying size and scope to achieve transformational roadmaps, working onsite with clients or within Accenture.
Become a trusted expert and advisor by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations.
Act as a thought leader, build assets and best practices, and develop the next level of transformation experts.
Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% based on business and client needs.

Requirements

Minimum of 12 years of experience as an SAP Functional Solution Architect and Process Integration Lead with extensive functional and technical knowledge of Finance processes for the Software & Platforms Industry.
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Software & Platforms clients and/or Industry (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered).
Minimum of 8 years of experience with SAP Finance Integrations with other cross-functional areas.
At least 6 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Software & Platforms projects or clients.
Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model, including driving complex workshops, leading design decisions, and leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live in the SAP Supply Chain area.
Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum of 12 years of work experience). If holding an Associate’s degree, a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience is required.
