Responsibilities
- Ability to intervene in potentially violent situations.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and interact in a method that is appropriate for the age group to which the service is provided.
Requirements
- High school level of knowledge.
- Behavior Management training required within 6 months of hire.
- One year experience in either law enforcement, emergency medical services, or equivalent position utilizing Behavior Management preferred.
- Good organizational, prioritization and communication skills.
- Must be self motivated.
- BLS certification required or obtained within 3 months.
