About the Role

As a Studio Manager, you will deliver a world-class CorePower Yoga experience by leading studio operations, coaching the CPY classroom experience, ensuring a premium in-studio yoga environment, and training yoga teachers and leaders. You will build, grow, and lead a team, fostering a Core Values culture, and collaborating with your District Manager to achieve company and studio goals.

Responsibilities

Act as a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga.
Manage all day-to-day studio operations, including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinators.
Generate membership leads to achieve studio membership goals.
Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff.
Meet and exceed performance targets for membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, client retention, and NPS.
Lead and recruit for Teacher Training programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
Foster a community of Teachers and Studio Experience Team to deliver an excellent studio and class experience.
Stabilize and grow the studio's revenue, profitability, and culture.
Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, primarily in-studio, with flexibility for additional hours and on-call duties.
Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week in multiple formats.
Ensure consistent communication and enforcement of CorePower Yoga policies and initiatives.
Partner with the analytics team to design the optimal schedule for the community.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a studio manager role or equivalent leadership position.
Facilitation and training experience required.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting performance metrics.
Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse personalities and seniority levels.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Must be able to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to teach any class format with little to no notice.
