The ideal candidate is an impact-driven storyteller, adept at leading daily execution of talent strategies and aligning nonprofit missions with the realities of a social-first world.

Responsibilities

  • Identify creators, tastemakers, and digital voices that drive authentic advocacy.
  • Bridge the gap between complex issues and creator communities, applying digital-first strategies to lifestyle and entertainment projects.
  • Serve as a proactive, values-conscious, and persuasive pitcher across entertainment, creator, and lifestyle networks.
  • Pitch both mission-led initiatives and lifestyle collaborations, communicating cultural and community value.
  • Plan and execute logistics for diverse on-the-ground activations, including charity galas, awareness rallies, and film/TV premieres.
  • Manage VIP list management and on-site talent wrangling with composure and discretion.
  • Produce client-ready materials such as creative briefs, talent itineraries, briefing notes, press pitches, and digital toolkits.
  • Manage the operational backbone of accounts, including agenda creation, recap reports, partner deliverables, and impact metrics trackers.
  • Monitor news cycles, entertainment premieres, social movements, and viral platform trends to identify strategic entry points for client campaigns.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and relationship integrity with nonprofit leaders, talent representatives, publicists, and digital creators.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in communications, entertainment, lifestyle PR, or social impact.
  • Documented track record of securing talent partnerships.
  • Ability to pivot between serious advocacy goals and fast-paced pop culture initiatives.
  • Understanding of the mechanics of modern influencer culture and aligning creators with causes and brand moments.
  • High emotional intelligence, sound ethical judgment, and composure under pressure.
  • Ability to transition smoothly between briefing a nonprofit director and wrangling talent at an entertainment event.
  • Ability to evaluate talent beyond vanity metrics, analyzing values alignment, philanthropic activity, brand fit, and potential controversy risks.
  • Fast, multi-tone writing ability, synthesizing dense reports into clear briefs and energetic pitches.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience working with teams in multiple locations and time-zones (preferred).
