About the Role
Amica Senior Lifestyles is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Resident Care Partners, setting a new standard for senior care in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and make a significant impact daily.
Responsibilities
- Support residents in a wide variety of activities including light housekeeping, engagement, and dining support.
- Administer medications (with training).
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and apply learning on the job.
- Graduate from a recognized Personal Support Worker program, currently enrolled in a nursing program, or an internationally certified nurse.
- Ability to complete the Vulnerable Sector Check.
- First Aid, CPR Certificate.
