About the Role
Support store leadership in driving daily operations, leading the team, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. Play a key role in maintaining high standards, supporting team development, and ensuring smooth store operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations with the General Manager.
- Lead shifts and manage the sales floor, including retail, cash wrap, and café areas.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and brand presentation.
- Monitor sales and labor to help meet business goals.
- Serve as the point of contact during manager absences.
- Model exceptional customer service and resolve escalated guest concerns.
- Maintain product knowledge, including ingredients and allergen awareness.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all guests.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding new team members.
- Coach and support team members to drive performance and engagement.
- Partner with management on employee relations matters.
- Use POS systems (such as MICROS) to manage transactions and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (HR, payroll, IT, etc.).
- Support inventory, merchandising, and operational processes.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the store.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- May require occasional travel to other store locations.

- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Salary/Compensations
- Starting at $23.25/hr + tips
- Holiday Pay at 1.5x
