About the Role
Oversee store operations, manage and develop a team, and ensure customers experience AT&T's best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. Partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations, from merchandising and product launches to meeting sales objectives and ensuring an extraordinary customer experience.

- Partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store
- Assist with merchandising and product launches
- Help meet and exceed sales objectives
- Ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with our products and services
- Gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals
- Champion change

- Utilize professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues

Requirements
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
- The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
- Strategic perspective

- $57,000.00 - $85,600.00 + commission $18,000
