About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you will build and ship the systems behind Hike’s AI healthcare platform, across clinical software, AI agents, and manufacturing. You will own features end to end, from understanding the problem to running it in production.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship product features end to end across backend, frontend, and mobile.
- Build the APIs, integrations, and data pipelines that connect clinical, manufacturing, and back-office systems.
- Help take AI features from prototype to reliable production.
- Work directly with product, design, and customers to ensure built solutions solve real problems.
Requirements
- 2+ years shipping production software, or an exceptional track record of building things people use.
- Strong fundamentals in backend or full-stack development.
- Fluency with modern cloud and tooling and experience putting AI into production.
- Product-minded: you think about how your work affects real users.
- A strong communicator who challenges assumptions and collaborates across engineering, AI, and product.
- Mission-focused: you want to build technology that changes lives.
