About the Role

We are seeking an MRI Technologist to join our team. Our ideal candidate knows how to operate the MRI machine efficiently, can make patients feel comfortable before and during the scanning procedure, and coordinates with the patient's physician to ensure the results are received in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility
Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging
Prepare patients for scans and explain the procedure to help them feel comfortable
Insert IVs when necessary for the test
Document all procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of patient information
Patient care tasks as needed

Requirements

Two (2) Years' Experience
BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
MUST HAVE GE SCANNER EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED
Level 1 Trauma Center Experience

Skills

Operate the MRI machine efficiently
Make patients feel comfortable before and during the scanning procedure
Coordinate with the patient's physician
Familiar with medical terminology
Stand for extended periods

Gross Weekly - $3168 for 36 hours
W2 taxable Stipend - $46/hr
Non TAxable Stipend - $1512/week
