  • Support pipeline creation and conversion through customer education, webinars, industry events, partner activities, thought leadership, and targeted account programs.
  • Provide leadership presence on complex, high-value, and multi-stakeholder solution opportunities.
  • Ensure the team can position the CLEAR portfolio against customer workflows including investigations, identity verification, fraud prevention, risk assessment, enhanced due diligence, know your customer (KYC), and adverse media/sanctions monitoring.
  • Maintain strong demonstration readiness across the CLEAR product portfolio, including AI-enabled features.

  • Establish clear ownership and operating rhythms for partner opportunities, including qualification, discovery, demonstrations, technical alignment, deal progression, and implementation handoffs.
  • Help scale CLEAR product usage through pre-integrated partner solutions and customer-specific workflow integrations.
  • Serve as a senior escalation and coordination point for complex customer, product, solution, and integration issues that affect strategic opportunities or relationships.
  • Represent customer and field feedback to Product and Product Management to improve roadmap decisions, product readiness, documentation, and overall customer experience.
  • Model ownership and proactive problem solving while maintaining clear role boundaries and sustainable team capacity.
