About the Role
This role is open to candidates early in their career and offers the opportunity to make an impact in the travel industry within an inclusive and collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
- Maximize revenues by monitoring key deal performance, supporting deal negotiations, and providing strategy and performance analytics.
- Support regional and global supplier proposals and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with supplier relationship owners to model preferred supplier deals and develop optimal deal structures.
- Evaluate supplier proposals in deal negotiations.
- Develop and roll-out reporting for key strategic deals.
- Drive integration of supplier deal structures with unique fare content for revenue optimization.
- Develop and roll-out optimization plans for key markets in EMEA, NA, and JAPA.
- Provide deal performance analytics for forecasting.
- Evaluate supplier revenue risk and opportunities for new and existing client bids.
- Translate supplier performance models into GBT revenue forecast.
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ prior work experience
- Growth mindset
- Excellent analytical mindset with broad commercial acumen and thought leadership
- Self-starter capable of working independently and in a global team
- Ability to work with data at a detailed level while maintaining a strategic overview
- Excellent communication skills; ability to translate complex data into key messages for leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Demonstrated experience of working in an analytical role
- Ability to translate large amounts of data into clear actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills including communications, time management, and prioritization
- Ability to understand business processes and commercial implications to make strategic recommendations
