About the Role

Accenture's SAP practice is the industry leader for building SAP Products – Consumer Goods & Services solutions. We are seeking individuals passionate about originating, selling, and delivering SAP-based Finance Transformation projects that make a positive impact on clients' businesses. Responsibilities

Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through combined SAP application and functional process expertise.
Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions.
Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps, including sales origination, proposal development, and client presentations.
Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom apps, & add-on partner solutions.
Clearly explain SAP’s Business AI strategy, including capabilities and roadmap, and identify functional areas where AI can deliver value.
Gain experience in deploying AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explain AI-driven improvements.
Advise, design, and deliver Finance solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices using SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
Lead large project teams of varying size and scope to achieve transformational roadmaps, working onsite with clients or within Accenture.
Become a trusted expert and advisor by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations.
Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices, and develop the next level of transformation experts.

Requirements

Minimum of 12 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in SAP Finance and Consumer Goods & Services.
Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs supporting Consumer Goods & Services clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered).
Minimum 6 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for SAP Finance and Consumer Goods & Services clients.
Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50-100 people), including in a Global Delivery model.
Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
