About the Role

The Global Engagement team is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Global Engagement Associate to help bring Harry’s email and SMS campaigns to life across our DTC markets. This is an execution-heavy role for someone who is very comfortable working directly in Klaviyo, building campaigns, QA’ing details, managing lists and segments, and making sure every email and SMS is accurate, on brand, and ready to send. You will help drive campaign development from brief to launch, partnering with the Global Engagement Lead, Creative, Brand, Digital Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to support product launches, seasonal moments, retention programs, winback campaigns, and always-on lifecycle communications. The work includes the detailed buildout that makes great engagement marketing possible, from setting up emails and SMS messages to coordinating assets, links, audiences, testing, approvals, and reporting. This role is a strong fit for someone who likes being close to the tools and the customer experience, but also wants more ownership over the strategy and storytelling behind email and SMS. You should be excited to improve how campaigns are planned, built, documented, and measured, and to bring a thoughtful point of view on how owned channels can feel sharper, more useful, and more effective for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Build, QA, schedule, and launch email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, with a high bar for accuracy, formatting, links, segmentation, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Own the day-to-day campaign development process, helping turn briefs, calendars, product priorities, and creative assets into clear, shippable owned-channel communications.
  • Support the Harry’s global engagement calendar across key moments including product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional moments, retention initiatives, and winback efforts.
  • Partner with the Global Engagement Lead and Brand Managers to translate business priorities into compelling email and SMS storytelling that is clear, customer-centered, and commercially effective.
  • Coordinate closely with Creative, Brand, Digital Product, Analytics, Growth, CX, Legal, and other partners to keep campaigns moving and ensure the right inputs are gathered on time.
  • Help improve the way we work by identifying opportunities to make campaign planning, buildout, QA, documentation, templates, and reporting more efficient and repeatable.
  • Monitor campaign performance and customer behavior, pulling insights from Klaviyo and analytics partners to understand what is working and where we should test or improve.
  • Support lifecycle and flow updates as needed, including building and QA’ing triggered communications, testing personalization, and helping maintain a clean, high-quality customer journey.

Requirements

  • Highly comfortable in CRM tools, ideally Klaviyo, and energized by the detailed work of building, QA’ing, and launching emails and SMS messages.
  • Experience supporting email, SMS, CRM, lifecycle, retention, or ecommerce marketing campaigns, ideally for a consumer brand or subscription business.
  • Detail-oriented and operationally strong, with the patience to manage tedious buildout work and the judgment to know when small details materially affect the customer experience.
  • Cares about copy, storytelling, and how a message lands with a customer, not just whether a campaign gets out the door.
  • Curious about strategy and performance, and wants to grow into more ownership of audience planning, testing, segmentation, and campaign recommendations over time.
  • Comfortable using data to understand campaign performance, spot trends, and suggest practical optimizations.
  • Proactive communicator who can manage dependencies across teams, raise risks early, and keep work moving without needing every step prescribed.
  • Organized, collaborative, and comfortable working with global teammates across time zones, including reporting to a manager based in the UK.
  • Customer-centric, with a strong instinct for making owned-channel communications feel useful, clear, and worth engaging with.
