About the Role
RB Holdings is seeking an exceptional Front of House Director to lead all member-facing operations and deliver a world-class experience across The Marcus, a new business club launching in Mayfair in Summer 2027.
Responsibilities
- Lead all Front of House operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional member and guest experience across the Club.
- Drive service excellence, member satisfaction and retention through consistently high standards and personalised service.
- Develop and implement Front of House strategies aligned with the Club's vision, culture and business objectives.
- Oversee operational performance, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Manage departmental budgets, labour planning and key performance metrics to support commercial success.
- Build and lead a high-performing Concierge team, overseeing recruitment, onboarding and development.
- Lead and develop Front of House teams, driving service excellence, accountability and engagement.
Requirements
- Significant leadership experience within luxury hospitality, private members' clubs or five-star hotels.
- Proven experience leading Front of House, Guest Relations or Member Services teams.
- Experience managing operational performance, budgets and labour costs.
- Experience opening or launching luxury hospitality venues is advantageous.

- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and member-focused hospitality.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commercially astute with strong operational and organisational capability.
