About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service. Your visible presence and clear communication will help support a secure, professional environment while assisting with security-related concerns.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk of a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests according to established protocols.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures as appropriate.
- Answer incoming calls, provide general information, receive deliveries, and coordinate notifications with appropriate site personnel.
- Observe front desk activity and report unusual conditions, policy violations, and security-related concerns to site leadership or Allied Universal management.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
