You will partner across business, technology, testing, training, and offshore teams to align priorities, solve complex finance problems, and guide users through new ways of working. You will bring hands-on experience configuring SAP ERP, working with finance process data, and translating CFO priorities into scalable solutions that drive enterprise value, controls, and decision-ready insight.
Responsibilities
- Deliver client SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs through combined SAP application and finance process expertise.
- Engage with client Finance stakeholders to understand current-state pain points and translate them into SAP S/4HANA Finance requirements.
- Contribute to business cases, roadmaps, and client presentations articulating the value of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
- Design and configure end-to-end Finance solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Product Costing, leveraging SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance, and partner solutions.
- Analyze finance process data to inform design, cleanse legacy data, and validate cutover readiness.
- Execute and coordinate system testing (unit, SIT, UAT), defect triage, cutover activities, and hypercare for SAP Finance releases.
- Apply SAP’s Business AI capabilities and GenAI use cases in finance delivery to improve efficiency in close, controls, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams in a Global Delivery model.
- Coach analysts and junior team members, contribute to internal assets and best practices, and continuously deepen SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of functional experience in SAP Finance, including hands-on exposure to GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and/or Product Costing.

- Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or SAP Finance implementations in a configuration, functional, or delivery role.
- Minimum of 3 years of finance transformation consulting experience — including process design, controllership, close optimization, or CFO advisory work.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience serving Chemical & Natural Resources clients and/or industry.
