About the Role
We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team to support the production of high-quality food products. You will work on the production line in a variety of roles to produce high quality poultry products while following all health & safety and food quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor product quality and specifications and perform necessary checks
- Operate production equipment including managing parameters, monitoring performance, and reporting issues
- Rotation of trimming and tray pack in Front and Back Debone
- Loading of machines
- Sorting of product
- Bulk packaging
- Perform other tasks according to daily requirements and working overtime when necessary
- Operate and maintain production equipment
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Assist with packaging and labeling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable transportation to work site
- All applicants must be 18 years or older and provide documentation to prove eligibility to work in Canada.
- Applicants may be subject to a background check and must meet the security criteria designated for the position.
Skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing or food production (asset)

- Monday-Friday, 5 Days per week
- 4:20pm – 12:50am (shifts may be subject to change)
- Operations run Monday-Friday with occasional overtime required on Saturdays.
Salary/Compensations
- $23.89 per hour
