About the Role
Bond Vet is looking for a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) to join their mission of strengthening the human-animal bond through better pet care. This role is crucial in shaping the future of the combined organization, which spans over 55 clinics and serves a significant pet population. The position offers flexible schedules and the opportunity to practice at the top of your license with strong support systems.
Responsibilities
- Patient handling and husbandry
- Client education and partnership
- Surgical and dental nursing, including anesthesia management
- Diagnostic management and medication administration
- Emergency triage and response
- Detailed medical record keeping
- Run appointments alongside assistants
- Collaborate with veterinarians and nurses across the region
- Participate in monthly educational events
- Utilize innovative technology, including AI-assisted tools and the Apple Vision Pro, to reduce administrative burden and enhance patient care
Requirements
- 1+ year experience as a veterinary technician
- Newly licensed technicians encouraged to apply
- Independent unrestricted valid authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer
- Accept new employment for this position
- Bond Vet does not sponsor employment-based visas for this position and cannot facilitate F-1 visa STEM OPT for this role

- Team-Based Profit Sharing Bonus (up to an additional $250/month or more)
