About the Role
Shop LC is seeking energetic and motivated warehouse team members to pull, prepare, and pack customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Pull and fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Unload containers and organize incoming merchandise
- Prepare merchandise for shipment, including packing and labeling
- Stock and restock merchandise as needed
- Maintain quality service by following organizational standards
- Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
- Complete data entry as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow documented procedures and standards
- Ability to work independently with little supervision while managing time effectively
- Ability to keep detailed and accurate records
- Proven customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, standing or sitting, for prolonged periods
- Ability to move about the warehouse to accomplish tasks, including walking for extended periods
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive motions involving the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Ability to bend, reach, and maneuver around tasks in a warehouse environment
- Ability to push, pull and maneuver carts and equipment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to understand safety instructions, job procedures, and workplace communications
- Ability to accurately follow written and verbal directions
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, leads, and supervisors
- Report to work neatly groomed and in compliance with company dress code and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized personal work area at all times
- Follow all company health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Report to work on time and as scheduled
- Maintain consistent, dependable attendance
