About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate, plan, and steer small satellite projects (50–500 kg). This role involves managing internal projects and coordinating with customers, partners, and suppliers within our Projects Department.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, plan, and manage space projects, including task, resource, and schedule management.
- Oversee quality and operations for projects.
- Manage project costs and budgets.
- Implement project plans and manage risks.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- Prepare project documentation.
- Participate in public relations activities, such as conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical development or industrial engineering with a focus on project management.
- Strong aerospace knowledge.
- At least 5 years of professional experience with space projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Projektron BCS or comparable), productivity tools, and GitLab.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
