About the Role

Seeking an ambitious and convincing Manager to be fully responsible for an international client in the semiconductor industry, ensuring contractually compliant operational service delivery at the Berlin site. Two department heads (TGM and IFM) and a strong team will support you. Your goal is high customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for ensuring proper and smooth contract fulfillment regarding facility services agreed upon with the client.
Central point of contact for all contract-related topics and customer concerns.
Continuous needs analysis, development, presentation, and active implementation of new, customized service solutions at the site.
Ensuring the execution of regular performance, quality, and success controls is a top priority.
Designing and sustainably implementing process optimizations is 'daily business'.
Overall responsibility for the economic efficiency and effectiveness of services at the site, including ongoing budget control, early initiation of effective measures for budget deviations, and regular reporting.
Intensive personal relationship management with on-site customer contacts, further development of the site, and proactive expansion of existing business through additional services.
Responsibility for the overall management and control of a high-performing team (approx. 50 employees in total, 2 direct reports TGM/IFM), personnel selection, deployment, onboarding, personnel development, training, etc.

Requirements

Degree/further education in Facility Management, Building Management, or a comparable field.
Several years of professional and management experience in a comparable leadership role in building management; experience as an Object Manager, Site Manager, Operations Manager, or Facility Manager for large facilities with production environments in TGM/IFM.
Practical experience in managing change processes is desirable.
Strong quality, service, and customer orientation; a manager with high problem-solving competence and a hands-on mentality who lives the 'multiservice concept'.
Ability to remain calm and organized in difficult or stressful situations, acting as a service provider through and through.
Proactive communication skills, understandable, convincing, and solution-oriented at all levels, with the necessary negotiation skills and tact when needed.
Business management competence, affinity for numbers, strong entrepreneurial thinking and action.
As a strong leader, be a role model for employees, leading cooperatively, motivatingly, and appreciatively as a team player.
Proficient in PC use and common MS Office applications; experience with a CAFM system is advantageous.
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
