About the Role
Austin Retina Associates is seeking a responsible, self-motivated individual to join our call center team. This role will include making and changing appointments and other assigned duties.
Responsibilities
- Answers patient calls in a fast-paced environment, handling 200-300 calls per day.
- Schedules and modifies patient appointments using multiple software systems.
- Communicates with the scheduling team to ensure timely call handling.
- Takes messages for staff.
- Assesses patient needs to prioritize and schedule appointments, communicating with physician and/or their teams as needed.
- Performs administrative support as required.
Requirements
- Fluent bilingual in Spanish.
- Experienced with a multi-line phone system.
- Experience with medical scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

- Full-time
Salary/Compensations
- Hourly pay, FLSA non-exempt, eligible for overtime.
