About the Role
Ring's End, Inc. is seeking a full-time Yard Associate to assist with lumberyard operations in Lewisboro, NY. This role is crucial for supporting our team and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials using machines and equipment in the lumberyard.
- Assist clients with inquiries and discuss products and issues.
- Assist customers in finding, identifying, and loading vehicles.
- Read receipt tickets.
- Move materials throughout the lumberyard.
- Operate machinery such as forklifts, saws, or trucks.
- Keep building materials organized.
- Follow all safety protocols.
- Provide assistance wherever needed.
- Help keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- Ability to meet physical requirements of lifting building materials and operating machinery.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes that quickly affect this job.
