About the Role
This role will partner closely with the NA commercial team to support a key region in achieving its high growth expectations. The FP&A Manager will act as the translator between Finance and the business, communicating effectively across all management levels and delivering actionable insights and challenges to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Business partner up to Senior Leadership level, involved in key business decisions and meetings.
- Provide critique and challenge plans on Market Expansion, RFPs, and strategic directions of tier one accounts.
- Support strategic and financial planning processes, including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Budget, and Forecasts.
- Provide executive-level analysis of business performance with insightful commentary.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, communicating actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Own monthly finance and commercial reporting to the business.
- Commercially analyze current portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities.
- Conduct investment analysis and appraisals to support growth expectations.
- Continuously identify opportunities for optimization.
- Become a trusted partner to the business.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant with 5+ years of experience, preferably in a Commercial Finance function.
- Strong financial modeling and commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate the financial impact of business decisions.
- Commercial acumen and gravitas with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.
- Commercial model and business case development preferred.
- Experience within the Payments/Fintech industry is preferable.
- Organized self-starter with drive and ambition, capable of thriving under pressure and working confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
