About the Role

Support daily broker-dealer net capital calculations, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting by reviewing financial data, investigating variances, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting.

Responsibilities

Prepare daily net capital calculations, supporting schedules, and reconciliations.
Review general ledger balances and calculate regulatory adjustments, including non-allowable assets, haircuts, and deductions.
Investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation.
Support month-end and quarter-end regulatory reporting.
Collaborate with Finance teams to resolve reporting issues and improve processes.

Requirements

2–3+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
Broker-dealer regulatory reporting or net capital experience preferred, including SEC Rule 15c3-1.
Strong understanding of financial statements, general ledger activity, and reconciliations.
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and PivotTables.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet daily deadlines.
