About the Role
Rosina Foods is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily production and sanitation operations at our West Seneca facility. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about team development, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support your team through daily production goals
- Oversee scheduling, equipment operations, and shift transitions
- Monitor product quality and make real-time adjustments
- Coach, train, and evaluate hourly associates
- Promote a culture of safety, cleanliness, and food safety compliance
- Collaborate across departments (Sanitation, Quality, Maintenance)
- Use tools like Shop Logix, Safety Chain, and Corvium to support workflow and training
- Maintain proper documentation and cleanliness during sanitation activities
Requirements
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in food production
- Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with OSHA and safety best practices
- Comfortable using basic computer programs and production software
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and lead by example on the floor
