About the Role
We are seeking a committed home health Occupational Therapist to serve as a reliable ally in our patients' recovery processes. Your position will be crucial in restoring movement and enabling clients to achieve their utmost potential by integrating promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled home health services to people who meet the criteria for Medicare home health coverage.
- Provide services to homebound clients, including nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, or occupational therapists.
Requirements
- Active license in the state of TX required.
- OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required.
- Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
- Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
- Current knowledge of treatment practices.
- A friendly and professional demeanor is required when explaining procedures and treatments.
