About the Role
The EHS Lead, EMEA Corporate drives EHS program execution, incident management, and continuous improvement across corporate and R&D facilities throughout the EMEA region. This role involves regular travel to sites across EMEA (approximately 25%). The ideal candidate possesses strong technical EHS knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners across different cultures and languages.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence across environmental, health, and safety programs within a diverse portfolio of workplace environments.
- Support regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational EHS programs.
- Partner closely with Facilities, Corporate Security, People, Project Management, and business teams to embed and continuously improve robust arrangements across a diverse regional portfolio.
Requirements
- Progressive EHS experience, with a focus on corporate, laboratory/R&D, or technology campus environments.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
- Strong working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
- Familiarity with European regulatory frameworks.

- BOHS Diploma of Professional Competence in Occupational Hygiene (DipOH) or equivalent industrial hygiene qualification
