About the Role
This festive in-store role offers various opportunities and shifts to help customers during the busy season. Responsibilities include serving customers, stocking shelves, and picking orders for home delivery. No experience is necessary, just a positive attitude. Responsibilities
- Help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
- Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are in the correct locations.
- Serve customers and assemble orders for the Click and Collect service.
- Ensure customers have a brilliant experience.
Requirements
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
- Ability to build rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.
- Ability to use initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate openly, having fun, and celebrating success.
- Must have passed the school leaver's age.

Salary/Compensations
- £13.28 an hour (starts from)
- £14.55 for stores inside the M25 (increases to)
- Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
