About the Role
This festive in-store role involves tackling a range of tasks, from serving customers and stocking shelves to picking orders for home delivery. No day is the same, and you'll make an impact on every shift, ensuring customers leave with a smile. No experience is necessary, just the right attitude. The role focuses on helping customers, colleagues, and communities, offering flexibility and a chance to do and feel good, especially during the Christmas season. A minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week is offered, with opportunities for fewer hours (minimum 7.5) also available.
Responsibilities
- Help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
- Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are in their correct locations.
- Serve customers and assemble orders for the Click and Collect service.
- Ensure customers have a brilliant experience.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering great service.
- Greet customers with a smile and serve them with pride.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Use initiative and make appropriate decisions for customers.
- Work effectively in a team and communicate openly.
- Have fun and celebrate success.
- Must have passed the school leaver's age.

Salary/Compensations
- Starts from £13.28 per hour
- Increases to £14.55 per hour for stores inside the M25
- Additional night premium of £2.35 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am
- Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills
