About the Role
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for its innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. This role offers mentorship and independence to launch your career while revolutionizing care for older adults.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier, 1:1 patient care.
- Treat patients in a rewarding home setting.
- Focus on delivering exceptional care with manageable caseloads (6-8 patients per day on average).
- Provide high-quality, individualized treatment with 60-minute sessions.
- Set your own flexible schedule with no nights or weekends required.
- Supplement income by treating additional patients or earn referral bonuses.
Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in PA.
- Graduate from an accredited PT program.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Exceptional patient service delivery.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
- Desire to develop professionally.
- Passion for patient-centered care.
- Basic computer literacy.
