About the Role
FOX Rehabilitation's Emerging Professionals Mentor Program offers newly graduated Physical Therapists an exciting career opportunity revolutionizing care for older adults, providing mentorship and independence to launch their careers.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier, 1:1 patient care.
- Deliver exceptional care with a manageable caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
- Conduct 60-minute treatment sessions with 1:1 care, avoiding double-booking.
- Set your own flexible schedule, with no nights or weekends required.
Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in PA
- Graduate from an accredited PT program
- Current CPR Certification
- Exceptional patient service delivery
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
- Desire to develop professionally
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Basic computer literacy
