Requirements
- Prior tax preparation experience preferred, but training may be available
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn tax software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends during tax season
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) or willingness to obtain one
