  • Build effective working relationships across Asset Management Technology and the wider business to facilitate information and activity flow.
  • Respond flexibly to changing priorities and provide broader operational support to the Business Management & Finance team as required.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience gained in a professional working environment, ideally within operations, business management, communications, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Evidence of taking ownership of tasks or defined pieces of work and following them through to completion, with appropriate support and guidance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing clear and accurate materials such as presentations, emails, updates, meeting papers, or briefing notes.
  • Good organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage several activities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting meetings, events, projects, communications, or colleague engagement activities, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up.
  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to use initiative, ask questions, and identify when input, support, or escalation is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • The ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues at different levels and across different teams.
  • Confidence working independently on clearly defined activities while remaining comfortable seeking direction where needed.
