About the Role
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute highly technical projects for OEM products in embedded vision, Edge AI, RFID, and spectroradiometer technology for medical devices, robotics, and scientific instruments.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution, including defining requirements, scope, and risk management.
- Lead project teams, ensuring appropriate staffing and maximizing efficiency and delivery.
- Oversee project goals, status, budgets, risks, and mitigation plans with key stakeholders.
- Manage projects to timely completion while complying with regulatory requirements.
- Anticipate and proactively identify project risks and mitigate them effectively.
- Lead communication and reporting to management and project teams.
- Develop project controls and risk management procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in a similar field.
- Fluent English for daily communication with stakeholders and customers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
